The plan, validated.
The schedule, personalized.
The memory, preserved.
You bring the days, places, times and who’s coming. Planchive cross-checks the draft against drive and walk times, opening hours, daylight, tides, ferries, flights, closures and last-order cutoffs — then produces three things from one web app: a schedule, a guide for every attendee, and a printed keepsake when it’s over.
Works for trips, weddings, conferences, retreats, family gatherings, offsites, festivals and sporting events — anything with a schedule and people in it.

What Planchive makes
One web app. Three artifacts.
Every event produces three things — the schedule that survives contact with reality, the guide written for each person attending, and the printed keepsake after it’s over. They share data, so whatever you fix in the plan shows up everywhere.
Artifact 01
The schedule
A minute-by-minute plan that already absorbed the things that quietly break plans. Cross-checks run continuously as you edit.
- › Drive + walk time between every stop
- › Opening hours + last-order at every kitchen
- › Daylight windows & tide windows
- › Ferry, flight and known-closure calendars
Exports as a calendar file with reminders and directions, plus a printable copy for days the signal gives up.
Artifact 02
Per-person guides
A real page for every attendee — same trip, written in the register that fits them. The teen and their parent read the same wedding differently, on purpose.
- ›Context per stop — what’s happening and why
- › Things to look for in each place
- › A head-to-head quiz across the event
- › A checklist + a space to write each day
Lives in the browser; printable for the older guests at the table.
Artifact 03
The keepsake
After the event, the journals, scores and photos become a printed record laid out by day — each image linked back to the place and moment it came from.
- › One page per day, in order
- › Photos tagged to stops, not lost in a phone roll
- ›Each attendee’s reflections, side by side
- › Print-ready PDF for a real, holdable copy
Stays in your group’s hands. Not a feed that scrolls away.
How it works
Bring the draft. We find what’s broken.
Planchive doesn’t pick where you go. It cross-checks the plan you already have against everything that quietly breaks plans — and reports each conflict in minutes, showing which other stops lose time to fix it.
Once the schedule is clean, the per-person guides and the keepsake draw from the same validated plan — there’s nothing to re-enter, and nothing for the guides to disagree with the schedule about.
- 01
Bring the days, places, times, and who's coming
Paste a list, type it in, or import from the tools you already use. Planchive reads it as a draft schedule.
- 02
Cross-check against reality
Drive and walk times, ferry and flight times, opening hours and last orders, daylight, tides, known closures. Every conflict is shown with the minutes it costs — and which other stops shift to fix it.
- 03
Send the guide to each person
One link per attendee. The page is written in the register that fits them — context per stop, things to find, a quiz, a checklist, a space to write.
- 04
Print the keepsake when it's over
Journals, scores and photos come back arranged by day, each image linked back to the place and moment it came from.
For your group
The same plan reads differently for each person in the room.
Planchive writes the guide in the register that fits each attendee. The seventeen-year-old and their parent, or the wedding guest and the caterer, get the same facts in language that’s useful to them — not a single generic itinerary passed around.
Register
Casual, direct, low-pressure.
Excerpt
“Day 2 starts slow, which is fine. The morning ferry leaves at 08:40 — you can sleep until 07:30 and still make it. After lunch there’s a beach window if you want it; nobody will notice if you skip it.”
What they get
- Wake-up windows instead of fixed times
- The bits worth skipping called out honestly
- A “things to find” list that rewards paying attention

This is what the page looks like in their hands. The register changes; the underlying plan stays the same.

Questions
The straight answers.
Planchive is opinionated about a few things. If you’re wondering where it stands, start here.
Does Planchive pick where I go?
No. You bring the days, places, times and who’s coming — Planchive is the validation engine, the per-person editor, and the keepsake generator on top of your draft.
How long does the validation take?
Reports every conflict in minutes, and shows the chain of changes if you fix it. For most plans the full pass takes under a minute; for huge multi-day itineraries it’s a few.
What does the guide look like on paper?
Each attendee’s guide is printable in the same register it’s written in, with the per-stop context, the “things to find” list, the checklist, and a day-by-day journal page. The same content the screen shows.
Is the keepsake something I print myself?
Yes. The keepsake is a print-ready PDF laid out by day, with each photo linked back to the place it came from. You take it to a printshop, or print at home — we don’t keep it.
Can the guides disagree with the schedule?
No. Guides and the schedule are generated from the same validated plan, so what you fix in the plan shows up everywhere — no re-entering, no drift.
What is early access?
Planchive is new. Right now the way in is to send us the draft — we’ll run it through the validation engine and show you what we would have flagged before you commit to a build.
Bring us the draft
Tell us the plan. We’ll show you what it missed.
Planchive is in early access. Send the dates, the places and the rough shape of what you’re planning — we’ll run it through the validation engine and send back what we would have flagged.
What happens next
- 01
You send the draft.
Free-form, a screenshot, a spreadsheet — however it’s already living.
- 02
We run the validation engine.
Conflicts reported in minutes, with the stops that gain or lose time.
- 03
You decide what to ship.
Use the report as-is, or hand us the fixed draft to produce the guides from.
